Returns & Exchanges


All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please make sure to review all product descriptions, sizes, and photos before purchasing.

To request a return, contact us at anamwilayat@gmail.com. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at anamwilayat@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Your order number
  • Shipping label photo (if possible)

We will assist you with a replacement or refund claim. We base the 48-hour window on tracking information from the delivery courier.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Shipping times may vary slightly during Ramadan, Eid, or holiday seasons.

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability.

International Shipping (Outside India)


We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or India Post within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Asia (Pakistan, Bangladesh, UAE, etc.): 1–3 weeks
  • UK, US, Canada, Australia: 2–4 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 2–5 weeks

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by customs delays, holiday surges, or courier backlogs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes


Your country may charge customs, VAT, duties, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Refused shipments
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • Delays caused by customs

Please contact your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.

Additional Notes


We cannot ship international orders to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a package is returned or refused.
